Zircon Engine Gains 36 enhancements

The open source Zircon engine ("DarkPlaces Mark V Project") gains 36 new enhancements/refinements. A mouse-driven menu, selection/cut/copy/paste/undo/redo in the console via the holding Shift/Ctrl + C/ctrl + V, Ctrl + Z. Mods can now precache a model or sound at any time and it will savegame/loadgame correctly (fixing a incomplete implementation in DarkPlaces), one use is being able to drop inventory items from a large list of items without having to precache every single possible model.
