I explore the cultural significance of yatai, (Japanese street food stalls). These stalls are much more than places to eat—they are vibrant social hubs where people gather and share stories. Inspired by the unique role of yatai as “third place” for community interaction, I aim to create a game that captures their spirit, while drawing ideas from existing yatai-themed video games.
