I’m building a small Steam RTS inspired by the 1991 Mega Drive classic Mega Lo Mania. What started as a quick “warm-up” prototype grew fast: isometric islands, manual building placement, limited on-map resources, smarter AI, multiple races, and eras from the Stone Age to the future. I’m replacing AI placeholders with hand-drawn pixel art in Aseprite and iterating on the first mission, the core loop, and a custom level editor.
