Ralroad station map test working in progress screenshots

This map is the oldest surviving version, dating back to October 2012. It has gone through probably a dozen iterations over the years, with changes to weather and time of day. The latest versions had included pre-dawn pinkish twilight and fog. I also added a skybox from the de_747 map with a full blue moon. However, I couldn't find the perfect colour combination. After much trial and error, I finally adjusted the color to a more natural lunar yellow-green.
