CaveVox release moved to February 2026 for a calmer launch and extra polish. A new level generation system creates levels as separate structural layers, rendering chunks and objects multithreaded. Levels are now faster, larger, and connected with ladders and pits. Visuals improved via Blender models, SDFGI lighting, and SSR/MSAA fixes. Player animations and interaction cues were enhanced. CPU requirements increased to 3 GHz. Bugs in Godot were reported, and CaveVox reached IndieDB Top 100.
