Control-Mapping Done!

In which the key-mapper is finished; said key-mapper is available on GitHub; the GitHub version includes a Lander-style sample-game; a test-game for the key-mapper is available on itch.io; A Door to the Mists' key-mapper is updated to reflect the recent changes; A Door to the Mists now uses the new key-mapper functionality, and can thus be played by gamepad, etc.; and a new "wandering visual novel" side-project is begun.
