In this devlog, I explain how I built a clean UI flow using a scene-level state machine and the MVVM pattern in Unity. Each UI panel acts as its own view, reacting to state changes through view models. I centralized shared data, streamlined ScriptableObject access, and used UniRx for reactive updates.
